The 30-day promise
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email hello@ravlin.appwith your order number and the item you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
- Ship the item back. Once it’s received and inspected, we process your refund.
Please don’t send anything back before contacting us — returns sent without instructions can’t be tracked or refunded.
Refunds
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our error.
- Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email hello@ravlin.appwithin 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll make it right with a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items can’t be returned once opened (for example, earbuds/in-ear audio, intimate items, and final-sale products). Any such exceptions are noted on the product page.
Order changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. Because items ship quickly from our suppliers, we can usually only change an order before it has been sent to fulfillment.
