Where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business daysafter you order. You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another with tracking once it ships.
Delivery estimates
Our products ship directly from our suppliers, which keeps prices low but means delivery windows are a little wider than a local warehouse. Typical transit times after processing:
- Domestic: 5–12 business days
- International: 10–25 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, holidays, and peak periods can add time.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
- Orders under $50 show a flat shipping rate at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we’ll email a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Orderpage any time. Some orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages from different suppliers — that’s normal and you won’t be charged extra.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and aren’t included in our prices.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we’ll reship it once the correct address and any reshipping cost are confirmed.
