Orders & acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or the order looks fraudulent.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel orders. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.

Pricing & payment

• Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time before you order.
• We try to keep pricing and product details accurate, but errors can happen. If an item’s correct price is different from what was shown, we’ll let you confirm at the right price or cancel.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method at checkout.

Shipping & fulfillment

Items are shipped from our suppliers and delivery times vary. Estimated windows are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the order.

Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Product descriptions

We aim to show every product honestly. Colors and details may vary slightly from images depending on your screen and supplier batches.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Store — including attempting to interfere with it, scrape it at scale, resell without permission, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Ravlin name, branding, text, and imagery on this Store are owned by Ravlin and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ravlin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Store after changes means you accept the updated terms.
